Location: Middlesbrough, TS2 Area Hours: 7.30am - 5pm (Full-Time) Salary: £14.96PH Contract duration: Ends 23/12/2025 |

Main Purpose of Job | STREET LIGHTING COMPLETE REACTIVE & ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ON CONTRACT ASSETS INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTING FOR CIVIL CLIENTS | |
Main Duties & Responsibilities | ||
| Experienced operative to undertake full spectrum of street lighting installation, including cable detection, excavation, trunking/cable and column installation plus full reinstatement. Working in grass verge, roadside, highways. | |
| Based in Middlesbrough and working predominately in the Teesside area but also undertaking work in the area from Northumberland to Scunthorpe. | |
| Driving/operating Hiab vehicle. Performing banksman duties. | |
| To participate in any relevant training to satisfy the requirements of the position. | |
| Working on bespoke database. Basic computer ability required to receive, edit & return complete work projects via tablet (training will be given). | |
| Assist with Festive Decoration Programme installing, dismantling festive decorations. | |
| Periodically complete painting missions for street lighting assets. | |
| To comply with the Company's Policies, Management Plans and Procedures. Company operates standard Drug & Alcohol testing in line with industry practice. | |
| To undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required within the Department / Service. Significant permanent changes in duties will require agreed revisions to be made to this Job Description | |
